About Us

Dave Sellers,owner of Western Maine Security is a licensed electrician with over thirty five years experience in the industry. Dave started his career in 1979 working for an electrical contractor in the Biddeford area. Dave began installing alarm systems in 1982.

Over the next few years he worked for two very reputable company’s in So. Maine until 1988 when Dave started his own security alarm company. He grew this successful business until deciding to relocate his family at which time he sold the company in 2005. This viable company flourished base on Dave’s expertise, hard work and commitment to providing excellent service and in- fact still operates under new management.

After relocating to Denmark Maine Dave worked for 8 years as the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for Dearborn Precision Tubular Products (currently Hunting Dearborn Inc .) in Fryeburg Maine. In 2016- after 11 years, Dave returned his focus back to the roots of his career and partnered with his son Gage to bring security to Western Maine and beyond.

Having kept up with his licensing and remaining up to date on industry changes, Dave brings much experience and knowledge to his customers of Western Maine Security. Dave is committed to white glove professionalism and sincerely understands the value of security.

Whether it is in residential or commercial application, fire alarm or camera system. Western Maine Security installs and runs computer networking,fire alarm annual service and 24 hour monitoring for all installed systems.
